At GEP we do what we do because we believe it allows us to provide the very best care and learning opportunities for children at the playgroup. Our approach has four corner-stones:

1. We have a playful and unhurried approach to early years education, which is rooted in a wealth of educational best practice.
2. We value outdoor learning as a key factor in children’s development – we have daily walks or other outdoor activities every day as well as a freeflow indoor-outdoor play session.
3. We foster the individuality of each and every one of our children, meeting them where they are and helping them to develop at the right pace for them.
4. We never forget that our most important job is to love each and every child who walks through our door, to support them and their families, and to make sure that they love coming to pre-school.
